Research & pilots

Help map how teams really close the feedback loop.

CLARA started as academic research and still runs on it. There are two ways to take part, one is pure research, one is openly commercial. We never mix them.

Track A · Academic, no sales

The interview study

A 20–30 minute online conversation about how your team turns customer feedback into action, what works, where it stalls, and whether anyone remembers what worked. It feeds the MSc thesis “Closing the Loop, Building the Memory” (Responsible AI, OPIT).

  • Anonymized. No names or employers in the thesis.
  • Voluntary. Skip anything, stop anytime, withdraw later.
  • Recording only with consent, deleted after transcription.
  • You get the findings back, anonymized.

Good fit: marketing, product or CX practitioners with 2+ years' experience at companies of roughly 10–500 people that actively collect customer feedback.

Track B · Commercial

The design-partner pilot

A paid six-week pilot on your own feedback: one success metric agreed up front, weekly syncs, a governed end-to-end loop, and a decision you can trust at the end, with pre-negotiated conversion if it works.

  • Bring one feedback source and the one question you most want answered.
  • Governed end to end: approvals, audit trail, EU-resident processing.
  • If it works, we ask for a testimonial, that's the deal.

Two tracks, kept apart by design: the interview study is academic and sales-free, the pilot is openly commercial. You choose the door. We never switch them mid-conversation.
